We want our customers to have a pleasant and enjoyable time when riding with us. Below are a few policies to help keep us running safely, smoothly and efficiently so that we can better serve you.

LATE POLICIES

• You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation time for check-in, paperwork, and a safety briefing.

• The safety video begins 15 minutes before the designated riding time. Any arrival after the safety video has begun will result in loss of scheduled trip without a refund due to tardiness.

CancelLation policIES

• We require any cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled rental time will result in forfeit of prepayment. We plan for the number of guides and equipment needed based on advanced reservations, so if any changes need to be made, you must do so within the cancellation window.

  Additional Policies: All Seamonkeys Watersports equipment operate as drug and alcohol-free vessels and are not allowed on board.

  RECHEDULING POLICY: If Rescheduling is needed it can be done up to 8 hours before your trip. Any rescheduling request after that will not be possible. If you try to rechedule after the 8 hours before the trip has passed and you can not make it to your trip then refer to our cancellation policy above.

• NOT HAVING THE PROPER INFORMATION WHEN YOU ARRIVE 30 MINS BEFORE YOUR TRIP Will RESULT IN TERMANATION OF TRIP WITHOUT REFUND. YOU MUST HAVE PROOF OF DRIVER LICENSE FOR ALL DRIVERS OPERATING THE JETSKI. NO RESCHEDULING, NO REFUND, NO EXCEMPTIONS!!!

• If we cancel your trip due to weather you will not be charged and we'll do our best to reschedule you so you don't miss out!

• Storms and inclement weather usually travel quickly over the island and sometimes only hit certain areas. If you're concerned about the weather please give us a call and we will let you know what's going on in our riding areas.

cost for Damages

• Our jet ski instructors attend every trip to ensure safety. In the event any damages occur to jet skis or other rental equipment pricing is as follows:

  • $100 for every square inch of fiberglass damage to jet skis (to be measured by a Sea Monkeys Staff member and confirmed by the patron).

  • $500 for waking the fuel dock, public fishing pier or the bridge.

  • $300 for beaching a jet ski.

  • We require reimbursement at full cost for replacing any kayaks or paddle boards.
